ABOUT US
What we’re all about
WHO WE ARE
Enable Therapy Services (ETS) was established in 2008, by our founder, Julie Kendall, an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years’ experience working within statutory and private healthcare settings. In July 2024, ETS was acquired by ExamWorks UK, a leading provider of medico-legal services, health assessments and rehabilitation treatment.
We place the individual at the heart of everything we do and tailor each rehabilitation intervention to their needs, aiming to assist each person to make the best recovery possible which includes a return to function as well as a return to health and work.
ETS’ mission is to act as a single point of contact to provide rehabilitation and vocational case management and co-ordinate a range of timely rehabilitation support services, bringing both short term and long term benefits to the individual and their families. Our Case Managers and Occupational Therapists work with the injured or ill person, to navigate what is often a very challenging time at a critical and vulnerable point in their life, following a moderate or catastrophic event.

Social and Corporate Responsibility
“I have had the pleasure of working with ETS since its inception and have seen the company develop into the company it is today. ETS case managers have and continue to be proactive in the management of my ongoing cases, not only do they look at ways to get the best possible outcomes but always will look for new and innovative ways to ensure that this happens. As a customer and clinician myself, it’s great to have that clinical communication with the team and ensure we both have the same goal for the client. The rehabilitation arena is an ever evolving one and over the years I have seen many changes and I do believe that ETS have always been ahead of the game and look to make positive changes to their work practices, this ultimately enhances their existing ones. I have had several urgent cases land on my desk, and I know that I can reply on them to be responsive and communicative not only with myself but also the client and our claims teams.”
