Should you be unhappy with the service we have provided, please let us know by calling us on 0113 273 3638 and speaking to a member of our Management Team or completing our contact form which can be found by clicking on the Contact button at the top right hand corner of the screen, where upon receipt we will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days, undertake a review of your case and provide feedback to you in writing within 20 working days of the acknowledgement.

 

HCPC (Health and Care Professionals Council)

HCPC (Health & Care Professionals Council) The HCPC Register stores the details of all health and care professionals who meet a set of standards for their training, professional skills, behaviour and health. All ETS Occupational Therapists and Case Managers are HCPC registered and can be found on the register.

Child Brain Injury Trust ETS are proud to be a supplier on Child Brain Injury Trust’s CBIT In Hand app. Their Marketplace is an easy-to-access hub of useful and appropriate products and services across the whole of the UK and is a place where families can turn to, safe in the knowledge that the app is a trusted, respected and credible place for them, with the reassurance that all products or services have been reviewed by the charity.

Within the Marketplace, there are a range of products and services from assistive technology, clothing and home adaptations to therapy services, nursing care and case management; all of which have been approved by the Child Brain Injury Trust.
