ETS' 24/7 Service
Enable Therapy Services (ETS) will now be providing 24/7 ‘in the moment’ support, through a dedicated helpline, to our all injured and sick clients, should they need to speak to someone at any time.
All our clients have been advised of the existence of this 24/7 support and how to access it giving them the peace of mind that they always have someone to turn to should they be struggling.
The helpline will give the client access to qualified BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) counsellors, experienced in trauma support, who use evidence-based assessments to identify any presentations of risk. They are therefore well placed to provide comforting ‘in the moment’ support for as long as necessary offering clients coping strategies to deal with their immediate feelings. Depending on the nature of the client’s situation, they may be able to share relevant information/ work sheets to help the client with their specific situation e.g. anxiety, problems sleeping, breathing techniques etc.
To ensure that the client’s ETS Case Manager remains up-to-speed with any developments, they will be advised of any contacts with the helpline (unless the client specifically objects) ensuring that our they are aware of any issues that they may need to address through targeted follow up treatment/ support.
Through access to the helpline, we will provide unrivalled support to the injured clients we support who are often trying to navigate an extremely difficult situation following their accident or illness.
