Phil Daffern

Phil is a friendly, approachable, and helpful member of the team and is our Account and Relationship Manager at Enable Therapy Services.

With over 20 years’ experience in delivering award-winning account management, Phil joined our Head Office Team in 2019, and takes pride in ensuring the service delivery, reporting and contact for our customers remains at the high levels they would expect from a leading provider of Case Management and Rehabilitation. Phil also enjoys speaking with prospective customers to learn about their requirements and to discuss how Enable Therapy Services can assist their clients.

With a penchant for problem solving and always seeking solutions to meet the needs of our customers, Phil has led on important projects at Enable Therapy Services. These projects include designing, setting up, maintaining, and training out our Practice Management Software and setting up our MI System, (known as ETSMI), which provides our customers with unmatched levels of information on their cases referred to us.

Qualifying at Coventry University in 1996 with a Degree in Modern Languages, Phil is a big believer that communication is the key to any successful relationship. To this end, he prides himself on being a friendly and dedicated point of contact for our customers and enjoys employing his skills to ensure their requirements are being met.
